Glassblowers built this roof to inspect their work by light that never moved, and the sawtooth still does exactly that: five teeth of north glass pouring an even, shadowless sky across the floor from opening to closing. Colours read true at nine in the morning and true at six at night. Nothing flares, nothing drifts, nothing needs a blind.
