The company
UNSTILL Drinks Ltd is an independent soft-drinks company founded in 2023, brewing and canning in a railway arch in Hackney Wick, London. Four people work here full time, plus Susan, who is a canning line. We make four flavours of sparkling botanical soda and nothing else.
Nutrition and allergens
All four flavours are vegan, gluten-free and caffeine-free, sweetened only with raw cane sugar at between 3.6 and 5.1 g per 100 ml. None of the fourteen major allergens is present in any recipe or handled in the building. Full per-flavour numbers are computed on each flavour page from the recipe itself, so the site can never disagree with the can:

Mood Ring's colour change is the natural pH response of butterfly pea anthocyanins to citrus — no colourings are added to any flavour.
Terms, delivery and returns
Orders placed through the crate builder are delivered within London by cargo-bike courier, typically next working day, and UK-wide by carbon-neutral courier within three. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be paused, re-mixed or cancelled from the link in any delivery email, without a retention flow — one click means one click.
Cans arrive carbonated and occasionally excitable. If anything arrives damaged, a photo to the office gets it replaced in the next run without the can coming back. Right-to-cancel: fourteen days, in full, for unopened crates.
Privacy
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party tracking. Your flavour choice and crate contents live in your own browser's local storage, on your device, and are never transmitted. Orders collect exactly what delivery needs — name, email, address — kept for seven years for accounting, then deleted. Payment is handled entirely by our payment provider; card numbers never reach us. To see or delete what we hold, email the office and it happens within a month.
Sensible-chaos disclosure
The DO NOT SHAKE button shakes the website, not your beverage. UNSTILL accepts no liability for readers who apply the same experimental method to an actual can in an actual office. The label instruction remains: turn it over once, slowly.
