Two rooms, both cold.

Walk-ins are welcome and queue like weather — unpredictably. A chit sent ahead jumps the queue, because the blade already knows your name.

Questions the counter hears

Asked and answered.

Do you deliver?

No, and it isn't a supply problem — it's physics. An ice lives about fifteen minutes; the ride alone would eat ten of them. We would rather you have the real thing here than a soup of it at home. Pickup chits get a start time so nothing sits at the pass.

Which ices are dairy-free or vegan?

Chendol Glacier and Soursop Squall are both, straight off the board — and every ice on the board can be shaved onto coconut snow instead of milk. Say so in the chit note or at the counter; it costs nothing.

Anything with nuts?

No. The house runs without peanuts or tree nuts, including the toppings — the crunch on the board comes from toasted rice, coconut and toast. If you have another allergy, tell the counter and we'll walk the board with you.

Can we book the room, or order one enormous ice?

Both. The berdua size feeds two or three; beyond that, the counter builds event bowls on a day's notice — call the room you want. The whole room can be booked outside opening hours; the blade comes with it.

How long is the queue, honestly?

Weekday afternoons: minutes. Weekend evenings: the length of a good argument. The live line on each room above is real — if it says open, the dot is green and the blade is running. Chits jump the queue.

Do the syrup bottles travel?

Beautifully — they're the only thing in the house that doesn't melt. A bottle keeps a month in the fridge. Collect at either room; the board takes them on the same chit as your ice.

Something else on your mind?

Events, wholesale syrup, a flavour you swear we should try. We read these between shaves and reply within a day or two.
