We roast on a Tuesday in a small drum at the back, and we only keep what we'd happily drink all week. Bags are 250g, whole bean unless you ask, and ground to your brewer at the counter.

Same bag, every fortnight.
Tell us which one and how you brew it, and it'll be waiting on the shelf with your name on a piece of masking tape. Cancel by saying so.
