01 — The rooms

Pick your chaos.

Every room runs 20 minutes and has easy, medium, hard and expert modes. Book the same room twice back-to-back and you get 10 extra minutes free.

Age & height: minimum 6 years across the venue. Press It!, Hoops Madness and Hexa Blasts additionally need players to be 1.4m or taller — that's the reach the buttons and targets are built for, so it's a height limit rather than an age one. Anyone 12 or under needs at least one adult in the room with them, and that adult needs a ticket whether they play or not.

Every day, Monday to Sunday.

Turn up 10 minutes early to store your things and sign the waiver. Arrive late and your 20 minutes get shorter, not pushed back.

Wear

Covered shoes

Clean soles. No heels, sandals, slippers, Crocs or anything open-toed.

Dress for running and jumping — you will be doing both.

Know

Lockers provided

No food or drink inside the rooms or reception; water goes in the locker.

Expect flashing lights, loud music and physical activity.

a whole team.

Company retreats, team building and school learning journeys are the bulk of what this venue does on weekdays. Rooms take up to ten, and several can run in parallel.

The short
answers.

Do I need to book ahead?

Walk-ins are accepted but not guaranteed — slots fill up, especially at peak. Booking online is the safe option.

How young can players be?

Six is the minimum, and under-fives can't enter the rooms at all. Anyone 12 or under needs at least one adult in the room with them, holding a ticket, playing or not. Three of the rooms — Press It!, Hoops Madness and Hexa Blasts — also need players to be 1.4m or taller.

Can I cancel or move my booking?

No refunds for cancellations, no-shows or late arrivals. You can reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice; same-day changes aren't possible.

How do I pay?

Visa, Mastercard, Amex and PayNow. Online payment is required at the time of booking.

What's the smallest group you'll take?

Two players. The ceiling depends on the room — six for Hide & Seek, eight for Press It!, ten for the rest.

Is there really a free bonus for playing twice?

Yes — book the same room back-to-back and you get an extra 10 minutes at no cost. It doesn't apply to Hide & Seek or Press It!.
